In the United States, we spend $1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion!) every holiday season on gifts. What if, instead, we returned that to Black & Native folks, who have been denied the land, homes, resources, and power that has been stolen from them?
This panel discussion will uncover the history of reparations, its possibilities, and the lasting impact that restoration and return will have for so many communities. Guests featured are Black + Indigenous liberation activists and educators Brandii Holloway, Adriana Courts, Dzoon, & Kenjus Watson, whose work dreams us into reimagined futures. I promise it will be pure power and fire.
